Job Description :
- Recruiting and training competent advisors
- Make sure advisers receive the appropriate instruction on products, rules, and other selling tools.
- Keeping an eye on advisors' performance and documenting their everyday activities
- Providing needs-based training, paying special attention to mediocre performers, and inspiring advisers in order to keep the performing advisors on board.
- Accompany the advisors to client meetings to impart both practical and product knowledge.
- Directing them through the sales funnel and hitting financial goals.
- Determine various tactics Struggling as well as Successive.
- In charge of driving sales and fulfilling organizational objectives.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
