Manager - Sales - Fibre Cable Manufacturing (4-15 yrs)
For our growing Fibre Cable manufacturing business seeks an experienced, motivated result -driven Sales Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to meet sales target and maintain a customer relationship. The responsibilities and duties are-
- Greet and assist customers for our products.
- Prepare & update customer base sheet and present to management on a quarterly basis.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
- Travelling and customer meetings where ever in India to meet sales Target.
- Prepare Sales order against each sales.
- Monthly meet with High volume customers and submit MOM to management.
- Preparing the Quarterly Sales planning report link with the target given by the management.
- Tracking the Market Price trend and present the report of the same to the management on a monthly basis.
- Quarterly Performance review with Management
- Perform cost-benefit and analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Qualifications and skills
- MBA in Marketing and Sales
- 5-10 years' Fibre cable or similar products sales experience.
- Experience working with sales volumes greater than Rs 30000000/-
- Willingness to work in anywhere in India when needed
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
