Manager - Sales - Export (7-10 yrs)
1.Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage sales program accordingly.
2.Monitor the program and pinpoint ways to Penetrate new markets
3.Provide on the ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close deals.
4.Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to access the quality of our company 's relationship with them.
5.Develop and implement new sales initiatives,strategies and programs to capture key demographic.
6.Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data/report to superior.
