Manager - Sales - Export (5-8 yrs)
1. This is an ownership role and is suited for high achievers and go-getters.
2. Take ownership of the entire sales of Brand nationally and internationally.
3. Set the sales and marketing strategy and execute it.
4. Build a world-class sales team nationally and make them high performers.
5. Take ownership of the sales process and create a team of customer champions.
6. Take ownership of the CRM and streamline the sales process and protocols that can scale.
7. Retain and expand business with key accounts.
8. Acquire new customers and grow potential large customers into large accounts, without losing focus on incremental sales to smaller accounts.
9. Gain technical knowledge of the products, understand the customer requirement, and provide products and solutions to the customers accordingly.
10. Build the foundation to manage massive growth.
11. Build new channels and segments.
12. Manage Inside Sales and setup framework to build a continuous sales pipeline
13. P/L responsibility for the business line
Skills Required :
1. Track record of enterprise sales with small and large customers
2. Deep understanding of B2B sales
3. Business development skills
4. Strong team management skills, should be able to build a team from scratch
5. Excellent people and leadership skills
6. Tactical thinking and Analytical skills
7. Should be Flexible, Go Getter and Confident for sales
