Manager - Sales - Exhibition & Sponsorship (8-12 yrs)
As Sponsorship and Exhibition Sales Manager for Big Boys Toys, will be responsible for delivering revenue targets through the sale of exhibition space and sponsorship selling by tele-calling the decision makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Telesales exhibition sales and sponsorship sales with decision makers
- Deliver agreed personal revenue targets for exhibition space and sponsorship sales
- Exploit email, telephone and face-to-face channels
- Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and Exhibitors
- Coordinate various services for clients
- Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets
- Educate prospects on our products and services and manage prospect query
- Record accurate customer and lead data
Internal Interactions :
CEO, Customer Support Team, Sales Team, Trainers, Finance
External Interactions : Prospective Customers
Should Have :
- Telesales experience with the exhibition or related field
- Competencies / behavioral skills Effective Phone presence and Professional, Confidence- Inspiring personality
- Strong Work ethics with a WHATEVR IT TAKES attitude
- Good listening and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Determination to surpass performance goals
- Ability to work individually and also take direction
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills to interface with clients
- Willingness to work in shifts
