Job Summary :

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager - Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions.

Sales Target Achievement :

- Set and track sales targets for the team.

- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Market Analysis :

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Analyze competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.

- Provide training and support to enhance the team's performance.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Prepare and present sales reports to the General Manager - Sales.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Collaborate with the General Manager - Sales to develop and refine sales processes.

Qualifications and Skills :

Experience :

- 6-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR consulting or related industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
