Manager - Sales Excellence - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts and drive sales growth to meet targets in your designated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to provide support for their ongoing development.
- Develop and implement dynamic training programs to empower agents to achieve their targets.
- Regularly evaluate agent performance, providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or managing agency relationships.
- A valid bike and driving license for fieldwork.
- Local candidates with in-depth knowledge of the regional market are preferred.
- Open to graduates from all fields, particularly those passionate about recruitment and sales.
