Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the EV industry, specifically in EV battery testing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong industry connections, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects related to EV battery testing, soldering, and assembly. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, build relationships, and position our products as industry leaders
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the EV battery testing equipment segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EV industry, leveraging existing contacts and networks.
- Drive business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key industry players, including manufacturers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of EV battery testing, soldering, and assembly to provide technical support to clients and address any technical challenges.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that product offerings meet client specifications and industry standards.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and customer acquisition costs.
Qualifications:
Education : BE/BTech/BSc/MSc in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Experience : 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the EV industry, specifically in EV battery testing equipment or related solutions.
Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of EV battery testing procedures, soldering, assembly, and related technologies.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to EV battery testing.

Industry Connections : Strong network within the EV industry, with proven experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, close deals, and achieve targets.
