Manager - Sales - Escalator (8-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the sales & marketing plan of the lift/escalator business unit.
- Lead the sales, design and technical support team to meet company assigned sales target
- Work closely with contractors, distributors and factory for product specification/delivery / improvement projects..etc
- Provide quotation, technical documents and other support to contractors/distributors.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Requirements :
- Min 8 to 10 years in Sales & marketing of Lift/Escalator business.
- Independent, well-organized, pro-active communication and management skills.
- Self-motivated, a good team player with energetic personality and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office application.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil.
- Travel to all over India is required.
