Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.

- Consultative Selling : Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and present tailored solutions that address their needs effectively.

- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.

- Relationship Management : Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, and to generate repeat business and referrals.

- Deal Closure : Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.

- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements :

- Proven track record of 2-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in a competitive environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products, particularly shares and stocks, is advantageous.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand clients' needs and position our solutions effectively.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
