Roles and Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Energy sector, aligned with overall company goals and objectives for International Market.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish sales targets and KPIs, and regularly report on progress.
Client Relationship Management :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Energy distribution sector.
- Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor solutions and drive client satisfaction.
- Lead strategic discussions and negotiations with clients to secure new business and maintain existing partnerships.
Sales Operations :
- Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Implement and utilize sales tools and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving sales targets.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
Team Leadership :
- Recruit, train, motivate, and lead a high-performing international sales team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development to team members to enhance their sales skills and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.
Requirements :
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
