Experience : 5 - 10 yrs
CTC : Upto 8 lpa
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings
- Establish sales leads and manage timely closure of Sale Orders.
- Research customer needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales
- Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas
- Interact with customers / sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business
- Follow-up on potential sales leads
- Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with other agencies on lead generation.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Problem solving attitude and temperament.
- Excellent communication &, Presentation skills.
Other:
- Candidate must be in age group of 30+
- Preferably from Manufacturing Sector of Electronics/ Electrical Components/Products.
