A German firm is hiring for Manager - Sales to be based in New Delhi
Area of operation: North India
Base Location: Delhi.
Products : Contactors, Snap action Switches, Connectors and rail components like Master controller, displays, driver desk, etc..
Application markets : Railways ( Indian Railways + system manufactures).
Responsibility :
a) Collecting inputs on new upcoming projects for company's products.
b) Providing technical inputs to the clients and finding the best solution for company's product application.
c) Market analysis to shortlist opportunities for company, to analyse competition and to develop market strategy..
d) Developing key accounts across markets.
d) Supporting product development teams in company, India and Germany for adapting/ customizing/ developing products for Indian market.
e) Bid management and follow up of orders.
g) Co-ordination for Order execution and payments.
Skills/Experience :
a) At least 12 years experience in sales and product management.
b) Strong technical base with a niche for Applications.
c) Commercial Acumen.
d)Strong inter-personal skills.
e) The candidate should be willing to travel frequently in assigned regions.
f) The candidate should not be frequent job changer and should be willing to stay with the company for long.
