Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our electric vehicle (EV) market.


- The role involves developing dealer and distributor networks, managing strategic collaborations, and implementing robust sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer/Distributor Network Development:

- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with dealers and distributors.

- Design and implement strategies for dealer engagement and growth.

- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for channel partners.

Market Expansion & Penetration:

- Devise strategies for expanding market reach in emerging territories.

- Collaborate with retail finance companies to secure favorable partnerships for dealers.

Sales Management:

- Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned region.

- Monitor dealer performance and ensure adherence to operational and financial commitments.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.

- Provide actionable insights for business planning and decision-making.

Cash Flow & Operational Issue Resolution:

- Oversee cash flow management for dealers to ensure smooth operations.

- Resolve operational challenges promptly to maintain dealer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on electric vehicles or related industries.

Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong analytical abilities for market research and strategy formulation.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
