Manager - Sales - EduTech Solution (6-9 yrs)

We are a Gurgaon based Edtech Startup & We are looking for a candidate with experience in Sales either within a startup or an educational organisation. Ideally, someone who is self motivated can take the responsibility for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling our services to them. Must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. They will also need to stay ahead of their competition and work on sharpening and improving their skills by attending workshops and webinars etc.

- We are an education firm that is curating courses on leadership, entrepreneurship, communication, business design, etc. for high school students - grades 8 - 12.

- Our mission is to "future-proof" students before they enter the workforce. We want to solve the massive problem of our obsolete education system. We enable ALL kids to be ready for an uncertain, evolving future through our programs such as the Harvard YLC and the InnovateNow program. We are excited to work relentlessly on this problem and tackle big challenges as we encounter them, including solving for scale and quality.

- We are crafting modules for skills that no one else in the world has created before - messy emotions, taxes, critical thinking, global citizenship, world religion, and so on.

You will be part of the founding team of BRE and will take ownership of the product with us as a partner.

Job Description:

- Drive end to end sales cycle including lead generation, telephonic counselings, follow ups.

- Identifying decision makers amongst the inbound/outbound leads in order to start the sales process.

- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization

- Updating client information in the database.

- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Develop a consulting and trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth delivery of all programs. Engage with the students after the webinar for feedback.

- Go the extra mile to make it a WOW experience for the students and their parents.

- Reaching out to prospective partners - school counselors and education consultants - for possible collaboration.

- Conducting research to get more programs and webinars.

- Managing a team of sales associates and motivate them to achieve targets

Requirements:

- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing, sales or related role (this excludes internship experience)

- Should be comfortable with CRM platform

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - very important-

- The ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers

Client Relationships

- Proficient in excel

- Self-motivated and driven by targets

- Presentation Skills
