Manager - Sales - Edutech Firm (1-4 yrs)

Office - Indiranagar, Bangalore

Position - Full -Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming queries on phone, email, online chat and office walk-ins

2. Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with interested students and persuade them to join the courses

3. Maintain and update the database of all the inquiries.

4. Fee tracking and follow up.

5. Any other activity that may be required to build good student relationships.

6. Maintain daily individual work tracker

Skill Requirements

1. 1-6 years of total experience and 1-3 years of out bound tele-calling/ core sales/ marketing/ student counselling experience. Any industry.

2. Should have completed graduation, Preferences will be given to B. Tech and B.E.

3. Should have good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. He/she should be adept in excel

4. Should be a quick learner and should be able to multi task.

5. Should be willing to work on our regular shift (10 am - 7 pm)

6. Should be willing to work on weekends on a rotation basis

7. Industry Preferences will be given to candidates from technology/Edu-tech sales background

8. Excellent English communication skill (both oral and written) and be able to persuade interested prospects.

Our products are fairly complex. We need someone who is very smart, has excellent communication and persuasion skills.
