Manager - Sales - EduTech (5-10 yrs)
Leading Ed-Tech company immediately requires for Sales Manager who has prior experience in Education domain.
- To develop the organization in house tele-sales team Sales Strategy
- To achieve Annual Sales Targets as set by the Company through the delivery of the Strategic sales Plan.
- To set up the systems and processes required to operate a successful sales team, creating training manuals and modules, establish progression cycles, performance matrix- s, ensuring a number-driven culture with an emphasis on employee empowerment and success.
- Establish Performance Goals and Objectives for each member of the Sales Team, which will support the Annual Global Sales Strategy and the Value Proposition
- Analyse the Sales Teams productivity and ensure they are achieving individual Sales Targets.
- To generate and deliver weekly/monthly Sales Reports (supported by factual Sales data) for Senior Management review.
- To ensure that all direct reports comply with the Company's core Policies and Procedures as detailed within the Company's Employee Handbook and/or communicated by the HR Department from time to time.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor's Degree or above in Business and / or Sales Management.
Required Knowledge :
- Excellent Sales and Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a Team
