Part 1 - About the company :

- The current opportunity is in sales of Ed-tech training programs such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of things, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics etc. to college students and working professionals.

- The company plans to have presence across stages of learning i.e. K-12, Engineering/Management students, Working professionals and Corporate training. They aim to collaborate with the best global academic and corporate set-ups and talent.

Part 2 - Candidate Profile : 

- Graduates in any stream/MBA with a passion for sales. (Engineering/Management background preferred)

- 1-3 years of sales experience.

- Candidates with exposure to Education industry will only be considered.

- You must be a quick learner and be adaptable to a dynamic work culture.

- Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills are a must.

Job Description : 

- Generate leads through sales calls at colleges, conducting workshops and sales promotions in catchment areas.

- Convert leads generated into revenue/orders.

- Handle leads generated through digital promotions by tele-calling, visits and counselling.

- Conduct workshops at colleges/universities for bulk lead generation.

- Conduct sales promotion activities like catchment area visibility and tie-ups, and canopy activities.

- Work closely with multi-function teams at head office, for optimum efficiency and execution.

- Place of posting will be Noida or Greater Noida, territory covered will be Noida/Greater Noida/Ghaziabad.
 
Key Result Areas : 

- Meeting and exceeding revenue target by product. The target must be accomplished viz quantity and value

- Expanding network of clients.

- Relationship Management Developing and sustaining strong, productive customer relationships with colleges & higher education institutions.
