Position: Sales Manager (Education loan)

Experience: 2-8 Years (in any Retail Loans)
- We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (any Retail Loans | Banking | NBFC | Fintech) to lead a team of 2-8 Sales Executives in driving customer acquisition and revenue for education loans.
- You'll oversee the full sales cycle-from lead generation to loan disbursement while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to boost referrals, partner on events, improve value propositions, and cross-sell allied products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generation: Acquire new customers for education loans (domestic & overseas).
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives; assign leads and track performance.
- Customer Engagement : Guide students and parents on loan processes during visits.
- Channel Management : Build partnerships to drive leads and referrals.
- Loan Processing : Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance and smooth disbursements.
- Customer Service : Deliver excellent service, fostering referrals and collaborating with internal teams.
- Event Collaboration : Organize seminars, events, and webinars with partners.
- Value Enhancement : Identify business gaps and suggest improvements.
- Cross-Selling: Promote allied products like forex, insurance, and more.
- Target Achievement: Meet team goals for loan logins and disbursements.
