Manager - Sales - Education Infrastructure Loan (2-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for secured business products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Manage customer escalations and work towards timely resolution.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Graduates (Preferred); Post-Graduates (Optional, MBA/PGDM preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in education infrastructure loans (K12 School and College Funding).
