We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing department of a leading institution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to drive business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies, and possess excellent management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.

- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring all financial targets are met.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrolment and revenue.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

- Manage the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of service.

- Provide regular reports on business performance to senior management.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience working in a similar role in education industry.

- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

- Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to inform business decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
