Manager - Sales - Education (4-10 yrs)
We are hiring for the profile of Skilling projects at one of the Leading Education Group
Job Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and plan projects/ programs across various vendors, SMEs
Develop project plan based on project requirements and implement the project
Production plan as laid down by the Reporting head
Support in pre-sales activities including tenders, EOI, RFPs for Govt. business
Track project progress in terms of Schedule, effort, budget, quality, MIS
Experience of working on Govt. Projects would be an added advantage.
Manage project schedules, milestones and deliveries to ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables
Successful project issue resolution (internal, external & across teams).
Ability to manage projects independently and to work with minimum supervision. Enthusiastic and flexible team player with high expectations of self and others
Able to work under pressure, on own initiative and constantly seek to improve
Where required, negotiate with other department managers for inputs, resources to ensure project goals are met.
Liaise closely with all relevant parties (internal & external) to ensure service levels are maintained.
Experience: Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Good working knowledge on Microsoft Project Professional & Microsoft Excel
Have extensive knowledge of ILT industry trends and production practices.
Strong people-management skills and problem-solving skills, including conflict management and resolution
Strong motivational and organisational skills
Interpersonal Effectiveness
Ability to coach and counsel
Adept communicator with the ability to persuade, influence and listen to others
