We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing company and play a key role in expanding our reach in the educational market. In this results-oriented position, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to promote our innovative educational concept and products to schools, distributors, and retail stores within your assigned territory.
- What you'll do:-
- Develop a comprehensive territory plan, identifying and mapping schools, distributors, and retail stores.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at schools, distributors, and retailers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Present compelling sales proposals and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Secure new accounts and exceed sales targets for both preschools and retail stores.
- Actively participate in local events and trade shows to generate brand awareness and drive sales.
- You'll be successful if you have :
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in institutional/concept sales
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven work ethic
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Market knowledge and understanding of the educational landscape

- Qualifications :
