Job Description: Business Development Manager

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, by generating new sales leads and plan various New Business Development activities and maintaining client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales in education Sector top officials or Founders network is must.

Key Responsibilities Area :

Revenue Growth : Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets; increase the company's market share.

Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market trends.

Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition; develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and newly on-boarded clients/ existing clients by addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.

Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and legislative changes affecting the staffing industry.

Mandatory skills: -

- Business development experience with end to end closing the deal experience.

- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

- Role is for 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the Education or Ed Tech industry or a related field.

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
