Manager - Sales - Education (3-15 yrs)
Euro kids International is a trusted brand with a network of 1200+ preschools across 350+ cities with presence in three countries.
Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for enhancing EuroKids presence in the assigned territory through new channel
Appointments and end to end operationalization of the partner centres.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Achieving high quality sign ups by, proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches.
2. Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by following excellence in the transitions process, ensuring timely collection of franchise fees, providing the partner with Franchise manual and other essentials to get them fit-out ready within timeline.
3. Run pre-Launch marketing initiatives for business generation by coordinating with Marketing Team to identify suitable areas and tools to ensure visibility and generate enquiries.
4. To complete sales administration and compliance by managing and updating Lead Management System, validating KYC of the prospective channel partner and subsequent submission to HO to ensure sign off of MOU and Agreement.
