JD for Manager - Design Sales
- You- ll build Design Lab sales pipeline through a collaborative process where you discover customer needs, determine whether those are best met through our design solutions, bring in product experts if required, work with the design lab team to meet customer needs, and then work with customers on final design.
- Continuously monitor & manage profitability across the portfolio of design projects
- Drive innovation and constant value engineering and design projects for clients to ensure they see Bizongo as a strategic partner.
- Identify additional client prospects to grow Bizongo's share of wallet and enter new avenues/industries that can be high growth opportunities:
- Understanding Bizongo Design Lab's internal operations, design capabilities, capabilities and targets.
- As the face of the Design Lab team, help in building the brand of the company in the packaging design industry.
- You will have to closely work with our client relation teams to intelligently identify where to gain leads, how to best utilize our database, how to effectively pitch our design solutions and how customer cycles work in this industry. The sales cycles are typically longer and may take anywhere from two weeks to over six months.
