Manager - Sales - Education (12-15 yrs)
Agri Exim Inc needs the expertise of a Sales Peron in the North American territory who will represent Agri Exim and be their face in the region. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record of helping businesses set-up the Sales and Distribution network and assist the Sales Team in increasing the sales numbers.
Responsibility:
- Assist in set-up of Sales and Supply Chain Management for Agri Exim's products.
- Sourcing new customers in the territory and arranging in-person meetings with Agri Exim and the customers.
- Assist the Agri Exim team to set-up a suitable base in the US and work in tandem with them on client management, lead generation and convert them to positive and lasting relationships with the customers.
- Provide support and coordination with operational, logistical and distribution functions and warehouses; including but not limited to support in seamless custom clearance of goods, managing drayage and transloading, storage, destination testing, sales and shipping to customers.
- Accounts receivable management (payment collections, credit monitoring, etc.)
- Handling and use reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes and claims of a customer, maintain records of any such disputes, claims or threats of disputes or claims, and provide access to Agri Exim of any such records, upon request.
- Perform market research, forecasts and updates.
- Provide advice on market scenario, competitors and sales growth strategies.
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible price for products.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about trends in the market so that they can identify new opportunities for growth in various product categories.
Experience:
12-15 years of relevant experience in Sales and Merchandizing of Organic Feed Ingredients, preferably Organic Soybean/Soymeal
