Manager - Sales - Education (1-4 yrs)
CTC: 5-6 LPA with industry best incentive structure
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & responsibilities :
- Drive sales and promotion of Training courses, for fresh graduates/post graduates/working professionals, to ensure student in-take from industry (B to B) and students intake from (B2C)by working with companies and training and placement teams of Colleges, College associations and capitalizing on company's regular seminars and workshops to achieve the enrollment targets
- Work closely with decision makers and influencers from IT companies to understand their specific requirements of the Training Courses for their employees, evaluate and propose those requirements internally and deliver the customized models, where possible, to such companies
- Lead, manage and work closely with the existing sales team for reference Standards to understand attitudes and preferences of existing connects, reaching those connects, and developing new connects to drive the Training courses
- Work closely with the coordinators of the Training Programs to ensure streamlined registration and positive participant experience
- Act as a SPOC between students and company and also the Organizations sending students to SkillRidge. Seek feedback on courses and participant experience, and drive recommendations internally for continual improvement of participant learning experience
- Report projected and achieved/actual revenue, P&L accountability and customer satisfaction data regularly to the Management
- Support strategy and business model development efforts for the new initiatives in India and abroad
- Work with Faculty/Instructional design firms to support efforts to enhance course material and plan for development of new courses/material
Required Experience and Skills
- 1-4 years of work experience out of which a significant portion should be in driving sales for Training institutes/Education Centers/Education Management firms (would be an added advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
- Self-starter with high levels of motivation and proven record of executing new business plans
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced start up environment.
- Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
