Manager - Sales - Education (0-9 yrs)
Sales Manager will :
- Create a sales infrastructure and personally make sales calls to convert high performing hot leads post free trial class. We have an incredible conversion rate of 25%, allowing tremendous incentive-generation opportunity for a high performing manager.
Job Skills :
- Aggressive : - Take no prisoners- approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and sales lead should have the same all-consuming drive.
- Systems Thinking : Create strong processes and systems to build a rocket-ship.
- Flexibility : Work weekends with 2 weekdays off as sales peak on weekends.

Working hours - Weekdays: 9 hrs - Starting at 11:00 AM (Must be flexible in case of business needs).
- Saturday/Sunday (Peak Call-Center Volume for Company): 9:30 a.m-9:30p.m.
- Monday or Tuesday Off.
