- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our Sales teams at Alkemy EdTech.This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the inside sales team to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the business development team to identify and cultivate high-impact opportunities with educational institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the adoption of Alkemy Edtech solutions and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives, programs, and campaigns that deliver value to partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee the inside sales team to ensure effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Develop sales processes and training programs to enhance team performance.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track and optimize sales performance.
- Execute strategies to increase market penetration, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Lead high-level sales campaigns, including direct sales and digital marketing.
- Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in business performance and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with educators, policymakers, and industry leaders.
- Organize events, webinars, and workshops to foster collaboration and advocacy.
- Amplify client voices through storytelling and user-generated content.
- Position Alkemy Edtech as a thought leader in the education technology sector.
- Establish relationships with industry influencers and opinion leaders.
- Represent Alkemy Edtech at industry events, conferences, and forums.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- MBA with 3+ experience in fields related to Education
- Proven experience in managing business development, strategic management, and inside sales teams, preferably in the education technology sector.
- Deep understanding of the Indian education landscape and its key stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and analyze data.
- Passion for education, innovation, and social impact.
