Job Summary :
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team dedicated to selling EWS housing units in Haridwar. You will play a crucial role in achieving ambitious sales targets by motivating, coaching, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding sales results.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for EWS housing projects in Haridwar, aligned with company objectives.
- Train, manage and coach a team of 7-10 Field Sales Executives, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented environment.
- Set clear sales targets and individual performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- Manager operations at site like Client visits and sales team allocation and rostering
- Accompany team members on client visits when necessary, providing guidance and support in closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Generate qualified leads through effective prospecting techniques and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and government regulations related to EWS housing in Haridwar.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Local candidate from Haridwar or surrounding areas highly preferred, with a deep understanding of the local EWS housing market.
