Job Description :

- The main job responsibility of an e-commerce manager is supervising and managing the entire e-commerce department. Along with this, he or she also carries out various other job duties as follows:

- Managing marketplaces empanelment, a stock update on a daily basis on e-commerce portals like Paytm, Amazon, Flipkart, Snap deal etc.

- Sound good knowledge of Operations & sales, Vendor management handle seller panel, generate high revenue, product listing process on marketplace/ e- Commerce portal.

- Handel the team. Every month generate the sales report.

- Understanding of competitors performance,ecommerce strategy,new product launches and competition promo and marketing plans

- Inventory update on all the marketplaces and maintain large online product catalogues.

- Ability to promptly update and upload product data, specifications and Images of products on marketplaces with price listing and approved discounts for individual and bulk listings.

- Hands-on in updating product information company's e-Commerce portal for stock updates and catalogues.

- Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the website traffic and online production Undertaking a research to understand the demographic targets, search engine traffic, media buying, etc.

- Develop a department-wide online marketing strategy.

- Supervise E commerce Marketing Team.

- Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns.

- Use data to create strategic plan.

- Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing.

- Good Communication with portals with everyone.

- Coordinate with other departments.

- Willing to Travel anywhere in India/ abroad.

- Willing to take additional responsibilities.

- The e-commerce manager generally supervises the electrical commerce department of an organization or a company. Creating, managing and maintaining of the company's website are other important job duties to be performed by the e-commerce manager. They are also responsible for undertaking various developmental plans that would help in increasing the product sales and services on the e-commerce platform. Along with planning and maintenance, the e-commerce manager must also possess ample knowledge of business-to-consumer, business-to-business, or consumer-to-consumer transactions.
