- As a Manager- Ecommerce Marketplaces, you will be focusing on achieving or exceeding Ecommerce revenue goals by managing various e-commerce marketplaces.
What you will do :
- Managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, Purplle, HealthKart etc. and strategizing methods to increase online sales and profitability
- Categorizing, listing and positioning the company's products in various Ecommerce platforms and generating interest in the same for the right audience
- Researching and analyzing new market trends and technologies to improve sales performance
- Participating in the planning/forecasting of relevant budgets
- Collecting and working on the feedback given by customers in the marketplaces regarding the company's products
- Handling day-to-day related operations such as merchandising, customer service, post listings, promotions, maintenance etc. to increase sales
- Monitoring all the alerts from the marketplaces and ensuring that the concerns/emergencies are handled in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining Ecommerce sales data and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals
- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as various teams and also external stakeholders such as various Ecommerce platforms
Desired Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- Graduation is a must
- Relevant work experience of 5 - 10 years in managing sales in Ecommerce Marketplaces
- Prior experience in D2C brands - beauty and wellness category is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- High organization with strong project management and strong time management skills
