Manager - Sales - eCommerce Channel - FMCG (5-7 yrs)
We are hiring Sales Manager - eCommerce for one the leading FMCG industry .
Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities :
- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio
- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives
- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities
- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio
- Deliver the committed business plan for the FY
- Efficiently planning & expenditure of agreed investments
- Gather shopper Insights
- Collaborate with marketing to develop shopper marketing and category marketing plans in Ecom
- Develop Joint Business Plan with partners broken down into quarter and months
- Feed Product Development Ideas thru category Insights gathered thru channel partners and tracking competitor activity

- Sales & Distribution Planning
- Activity Charter Planning
- Engagements With Channel Partners.
Role Complexity [E.g. Location, Industry dynamics etc] :
a. Cross Functional Coordination
b. Channel Coordination
c. Coordination with the other Ecom KAMs in FMCG.
Educational Qualifications :
- Must be an MBA in Marketing From A Reputed Institution.
Experience Required :
- 5-7 years of exclusive experience in managing eCommerce channels
- FMCG experience would be preferred but adjacent categories like Perfume, Fashion can also be evaluated
- Should be well versed with the ways of eCommerce working, Channel Relationships
- Understanding of Variables that influence purchase in eCommerce
- Search Marketing On eCommerce
- Browse Marketing Tools & Properties in eCommerce
- Terms of trade by channels and competitive understanding
- Development of JBPs
Professional Certifications Required :
- Any certification in Digital Marketing/SEO/SEM would be given preference .
