Roles & Responsibilities
- To build a profitable business model on Amazon for brand sales via organic growth initiatives as well as performance marketing;
- To develop, implement, and optimise Amazon A+ content strategies to enhance product visibility, improve conversion rates, and drive sales growth;
- To reach leadership positions in select categories (like Cricket Balls, Bats, Whites, Beginner's kit, etc.) on Amazon & replicate the success across categories over time;
- To set-up the Quick Commerce business from scratch, run successful pilots and eventually, scale this channel;
- To collaborate with supply chain & inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels, prevent stockouts, and manage product availability;
- To put together and finetune e-commerce systems & processes to enable rapid growth over the next few quarters.
