Manager - Sales - eCommerce (4-16 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- A very sound understanding of the Retail and or ecommerce process across the supply chain from manufacturing to POS including complex warehouse operation. Should be able to leverage existing relationships.
- We can consider the candidate from AIDC Background as well.
- Must have relative experience of consulting, selling and upselling software & automation based solutions within the RETL vertical. Experience of selling warehouse WMS, automation solution is desirable
- Being able to plan one's business, accurately forecast and deliver on commitments. The candidate should have the experience of managing large accounts and the ability to create new accounts
- To engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with pre-sales for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, execution and collecting payments. Should have independently generated business of multi Cr YoY.
- Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales against these goals; adjust sales strategies to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that may impact customer buying decisions
- Customer prospecting and Mapping
- Identify, prioritize and plan the most applicable marketing approach.
- Identify and reach all stake holders, influencers, decision makers and end-users
- Should have a proven ability to represent BCI in forums , plan go to market strategies for maximum effect and market BCI solution sales
- Company representation, plan & participate in expo/road show.
