Designation:- E-Commerce Business Manager

Requirement:-

1. Must have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

2. Must be from Retails / E-commerce industry only

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Knowing the Online retailing and competitor products and services.

2. Managing Internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock and product performance.

3. Social networking and prospecting to generate Sales leads and opportunities knowing about customer behavior and their requirement and market trends.

4. Internet marketing strategies to boost sales.

5. Prepare budget and revenue forecasts and meet sales targets.

6. Researching and analyzing new business opportunities.

7. Co-ordination regarding shipment of Product.

8. Checks e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.

9. Understands the psychology of Internet customers and work with them according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail.

10. Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet and assist them in selecting best product available online.

11. Update the Web site frequently to attract new and repeat visitors.
