Manager - Sales - eCommerce (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
She/He would be leading the sales for their Managed Services team, which involves
- Target driven approach for achieving monthly sales targets
- Tracking & managing inbound leads
- Outbound lead creation
- Client calling & Lead qualification
- Follow-up on qualified leads
- Explaining MS service proposition, understanding e-com business requirements & handling queries
- Commercial discussion & negotiations
- Final contract closure
- Handover to the Onboarding team
- Maintaining manual & system data for analyzing sales & closure performance
- Report on numbers to the management team
- Coordination with the marketing team for lead generation activities
- Coordination with operations teams for business insights
- Ensure overall growth of the business.
Desired Profile:
- Min 3 years experience in B2B sales ( E-commerce background preferred)
- Min Graduate (MBA Preferred)
- Excellent verbal & writing communication skills
- Great communication skills, both in English & Hindi
- Good Excel & PPT skills
