Manager - Sales - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
One of our client has the following requirements.
Position: Sales Manager
Industry: E Commerce
We are looking for people with managerial traits who knows the art of selling.
- The right candidate will be responsible for managing their business in an entrepreneurial manner and growing it in-terms of customer adoption, partnership and alliance, people management and so on under little supervision of business leaders.
- Have an unconventional (hatke) approaches to tackle or reach out and not taking the set things as norm saying this can't be done.
Specifically looking for:
- At least 2+ years of sales experience in the particular domain be it SAAS, Digital Media agency,Taxation SAAS sales specialist, Marketplace seller like WS Retail/Cloudtail.
- Core domain competency in the business that you would be asked to lead. e.g.: If you are leading a SAAS solution sector, you need to be a well informed about that sector.
- Proficiency to work on large accounts and ability to forge new partnership and alliance for exponential growth.
Responsibilities:
- Be a self-starter
- Well versed with entire sales funnel.
- Develop effective sales strategies and deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitch.
- Cultivate and grow relationships with industry leaders that will lead to sales opportunities and new businesses.
- Ready to work with the Talented team of Sales Professionals to achieve Yearly Sales targets.
- Operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasting.
- Foster a culture of engagement and excitement that drives high-customer and employee satisfaction
- Be visionary and optimize longer term contracts.
