- Management of eCommerce business of Brown Box clients on various marketplaces e.g. Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, Myntra.com, Ajio.com, LimeRoad, Meesho, GlowRoad etc.

- Targeted Sales Growth month after month.

- Increase Brand Reach and Brand Awareness

- In-depth understanding of Promotions, Campaigns, Deals, Coupons, Social Media Promotions etc.

- In-depth understanding of Hot Keywords for growth and optimization of campaigns so that ACOS is not high.

- Supervision on Content Creation, Cataloguing, Order Processing and Payments

- Managing catalog/listing and product uploads on all marketplaces.

- Order Management: Timely Orders Processing, Timely handover to Logistic Partners, Maintaining Good Account Health.

- Payment Reconciliation

- Courier Return, Customer Return management

- In-depth understanding of the Claim Management System on various portals.

- Review Management for good Seller and Product ratings.

- High Analytical ability to ensure Accurate Reporting, Forecasting, and in-depth Sales Analysis

- Ability to Work closely with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio Category Managers for business expansion, CPC ads, Banner Ads, etc.

- Ability to Nurture New Accounts and Growth Hacking for high potential Accounts.

- Daily Report submission to Client(s) and Sr Management

- Effective Communication with Clients, Relations Management with them.
