Manager - Sales - eCommerce (1-4 yrs)

We're hiring an E-commerce Sales manager to lead and manage our online sales strategy across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in an online environment. He/She will be responsible for maximizing our e-commerce potential by overseeing sales strategies, optimizing product listings, managing customer experience, and driving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy Development :


- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company sales targets.


- Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.


- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers designed to increase online sales and customer acquisition.


Product Listing and Optimization:


- Oversee the optimization of product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Myntra and different marketplaces etc.), ensuring they are accurate, compelling, and aligned with SEO best practices.


- Collaborate with the merchandising and inventory teams to ensure the online store is stocked with the right products and has accurate pricing and availability.


Sales Performance Management:


- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjusting strategies as necessary.


- Regularly review analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.


Sales Reporting and Analysis:


- Track sales trends and provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer behavior to senior management.


- Analyze website traffic and conversion metrics, making recommendations for optimizing the sales funnel and improving conversion rates.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, E-Commerce, or a related field.


Experience:


- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce sales or online retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.


- Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales growth and successfully managing online sales channels.


- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.) and tools for optimizing product listings, SEO, and digital marketing.


Skills :


- Strong knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies, online marketing, and customer acquisition techniques.


- Proficiency in web analytics tools and e-commerce management platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements.




Location: Daburji, Rampura Industrial Area, Amritsar.


Timings: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
