Skills : We are looking people who are having work experience with mobile/telco operators. Should have channel management exp. Good experience of handling retailers/distributors.

This is business development role. Person should have good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement distribution sales strategy

- Pitching product directly to operators

- Grow existing accounts and establish new accounts throughout assigned territory

- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning w.r.t. to the competitors and the demonstration of the business

- Manage sales growth with channel partners

- Engagement with CXOs of customers and interpretation of their needs and to advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands

- Having in-depth understanding about sales & distribution domain and at various levels of the distributor's customers

- Gather competitive intelligence, particularly on competitive products, pricing, and product performance.

- In-depth Techo-functional knowledge of products

- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department

- Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential.

- Ability to manage the processes from a business perspective
