Looking for a Manager- Sales & Distribution (Male) for a reputed Luxury Eye wear brand in India.
The Person should possess very good communication skills, Should be highly results oriented, Should be high on integrity and trust, Open and willing to learn, Team Player.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visit optician and accessories stores with samples to book orders.
- Achievement of primary & secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
- Ensuring that customer orders are channelized to the company and are supplied in a timely manner.
- Collection of payments from distributors and direct dealers. Ensuring there are no over dues from customers in the territory.
- Suggest plans for liquidation of obsolete stocks at distributors and key dealers.
- Ensure company schemes and brand plans are implemented in the market as per guidelines.
- Ensuring that distributor claims are submitted to the company in a timely manner and are cleared.
- Identifying prospective new stores and drive placement of our brands in such stores.
- Identifying opportunities for business development in new towns within the territory and expanding distribution in such towns.
- Attending customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved immediately.
Location- Gurgaon
CTC- Upto 10 LPA
Exp- 1- 3 Years
