Manager - Sales & Distribution - Garment (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities ;
1. Appointing distributors for the company to provide proper service to the retail garment outlets in the assigned geography
2. Ensure annual sales targets are met
3. Work towards increasing brand handlers
4. Ensure every single outlet that sells products has one of the company approved permanent branding fixture
Prerequisites:
1. Should have handles sales & distribution in any garment company
2. Min. 3 yrs of sales exp. in the territory applied for
3. Good communication skills
4. Good network
POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND :
1. All appointed people will be on company rolls
2. Sales personnel from any non-garment background need not apply.
3. The appointed salesperson will have to appoint distributor and start business within the first 30 days of joining.
