Manager - Sales - Distillery (7-10 yrs)
- Responsible for strategizing and implementing long term business goals to ensure achieve profit budget in line with organizational objectives
- Dealing with the entire portfolio of brands related to the company's vision, values and strategy, ensuring revenue generation and enhancing market share
- Taking care of excise related issue in co-ordination with official of Government of Excise and maintaining healthy relation with them
- Planning and managing sales target in accordance with the team, key account management, channel partner &distilleries and achieving it through fair business practices
- Accountable for team management, mentoring and handling team of one area sales executive/six territory sales executives as well as implementing proper working & reporting norms in professional way
- Generating permits through distributors, thus maximizing primary sales to ensure deeper market penetration and wider distribution
- Consistently looking for unexplored locations, prospective retailers and key account for market development
- Handling floating scheme for distributors, retailers & consumer for maximizing sales within the given budget thus contributing to the profit of the company
- Effectively monitoring competitor marketing activities through MIS and updating the same to the management
- To achieve PROFIT BUDGET of the state.
