Position Overview :


We are in search of an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager with a keen understanding of B2B sales dynamics to join our expanding team at Human Factor. The ideal candidate will share our passion for social impact and possess a strong track record in driving sales within the B2B sector. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and contributing to our mission of fostering Disability Inclusion.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to promote Human Factor's products and services.

2. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the industry.

3. Identify and cultivate new business leads to expand the company's client base.

4. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for clients.

5. Establish and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.

6. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of Human Factor.

7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

8. Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage sales activities and client interactions.

9. Enhance the brand presence of Human Factor in the B2B sector, emphasizing our social impact and unique value proposition.

10. Actively participate in networking events and engage with key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

11. Provide support to the Director of Business Development in lead generation and conversion efforts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within a startup environment.

- Demonstrated understanding of social impact marketing and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach, exhibiting leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
