Manager - Sales - Diagnostics Firm (2-5 yrs)
Position : Sales Manager/ BDM

Diagnostics company in India to bring the transparency & visibility in the diagnostic process defined by the National Accreditation Board of Testing & Calibration Laboratories (NABL) India while providing the services to its customers. Our services are currently available in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Lucknow and Kanpur.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the designated territory.
- Uncover business opportunities by building relationships with key laboratories.
- Represent the company services towards the Lab owner/decision maker (Sales & onboard on company platform/portal)
- Should have good sales record.
- Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities
- Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets.
- Effectively communicate product value and differentiation to prospects.
- Attend trade shows and marketing events, follow up on leads by phone and email.
- Conduct briefings and presentation for small audiences.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized and productive manner
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in time management
- Command over local language
- Should have good sales record.
