Manager - Sales Devlopment - Insurance (1-9 yrs)
Primary Duties:
- Attract, educate, and cultivate agents for life insurance sales.
- Foster sales growth and meet organizational objectives.
- Evaluate agent performance and offer essential assistance.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with both agents and clients.
- Remain informed about industry developments and competitor actions.
Credentials:
- Any bachelor's degree is acceptable.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in life insurance or financial services.
- Prior experience running an agency channel or a comparable position is strongly encouraged.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create connections with agents and consumers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
- It's also beneficial to know about life insurance products and sales tactics.
