Manager - Sales Development/Lead Generation - SaaS/IT Software (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a sharp, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Business Development Team at Appknox. This role requires someone who has demonstrated success in building sales pipeline. This individual must be a self-starter who is able to identify and develop prospects into opportunities to fuel company's growth.
- Role & Responsibilities:-
- Primary responsibility would be to generate demand and move prospects through the pipeline and convert them into Sales Qualified leads.
- Use multi-channel approach using Email, Linked-In/ Other online forums, and Tele-Calling to generate interest among prospects.
- Plan the outreach - segmentation, setting up sequences, messaging etc. You will get targeted lists, so you will not have to spend time on lead generation.
- Develop, build, and optimize email automation and nurture programs to move prospects through to conversion.
- Create personalized communication for specific prospects for better impact.
- Qualify interested prospects on a well-defined criterion to convert them into SQLs.
- Be persistent and proactive in your communication with prospects, providing them information that would help them move quickly in the pipeline.
- Use the marketing content, case studies and other collaterals effectively
- By gaining insights into our prospect's needs, you will provide inputs for marketing content creation.
- What you must have :-
- You have 2+ years of experience as an SDR in SaaS/B2B technology space (both email and phone prospecting), preferably in a start-up.
- Passion, enthusiasm, humour, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail oriented.
- Data-driven mindset.
- You have a bias towards immediate action and results.
- Focused on hitting weekly and monthly targets with a demonstrated track record.
- Knowledge of Cyber security solutions is an added skill.
- Experience in using CRMs. Experience on Hubspot will be an added advantage
- Experience in generating consistent leads in the international markets
- Having sold products with more than USD 10K annual pricing would be a plus.
- Having built a deal pipeline 200k and upwards consistently
