Manager - Sales Development - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through a bank's network of branches. This role involves establishing strong relationships with bank staff, educating them about insurance offerings, and driving sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive insurance product sales via the bank's branch network and ensure sales targets are met.
- Identify and target potential customers using the bank's existing database.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with bank staff and key management to facilitate collaboration.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to bank employees to generate leads and successfully close sales.
- Advise customers on the most suitable insurance products based on their needs, offering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in banking or insurance.
- 3+ years of residence or being a native of the region.
- Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
